Your day-to-day responsibilities

You’ll work closely with firms that have already adopted IAhoy.

Your goal is activation.

• Support firms during their first weeks using the platform
• Get their clients to start using IAhoy in their daily work
• Drive adoption, even when time is limited or there is resistance to change
• Identify blockers and help resolve them
• Follow up actively until real usage is achieved (not just intention)
• Collect direct feedback from firms to improve the product

Your success is measured by one thing: firms that truly use the platform

What we’re looking for

• Experience in accounting firms (especially in billing and/or document management)
• Education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar
• Challenge-driven mindset: you see obstacles and rejection as opportunities to improve
• Strong communication skills: you can explain clearly and build trust
• Hands-on, execution-focused profile: you make things happen, not just talk about them
• Comfort working without rigid processes: you can build while executing
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and strong sense of ownership
• Good level of English

What you’ll be able to do in the future

As the team grows, you’ll be able to evolve your role and take on more responsibility across different areas:

• Participate in demos and convert inbound leads
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts (upsell)
• Improve onboarding processes and build activation playbooks
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to optimize the full funnel
