They needed to empower their proposal teams with technology that would allow them to navigate through the specification documents more efficiently. Additionally, the client was concerned about security issues, as all this customers’ data was strictly confidential.


By using LLM power we developed a private summarisation tool that harnesses the power of Generative AI to summarise specification documents using keywords and extracting information valuable for the proposal development process and transform the way the client handles specification documents.

We also developed an interactive Q&A tool that enables the client to interact with specification documents.


These secure cutting-edge tool enabled the team to extract key information and distil complex content into concise summaries tailored to their needs and gain insightful information in seconds. By doing so, the client minimised the cost impact of missing out on specification deviations with clients, enhancing the negotiation process.
