Requirements to apply for the assistance
Be a small business, microenterprise or self-employed
Comply with the financial and effective limits defined by the company categories
To be in an active situation and have the minimum seniority as established by the call
Not being considered a company in crisis
To be up to date with tax obligations and in compliance with Social Security
Not being subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission that has declared aid illegal and incompatible with the common market
Not incurring in any of the prohibitions provided for in Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies Law
Not exceeding the limit of minimum aid (small amount)
