Key responsibilities
- Management of job offers and headhunting
- Search for candidates using various sources such as databases, social media, networking, job fairs or employee referrals
- Discuss applicants’ profiles with hiring managers to prepare them for the interview
- Send the incorporation proposal to the selected candidates.
- Provide the candidates with an exceptional experience, regardless of their application outcome
- Keep track of candidates on the company’s tracking system
- Analyse employment data related to the position and create reports based on your findings when needed
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Ability to work independently on projects, as a member of our team
Requirements
- Degree in Labor Relations or similar
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher)
- + 2/3 years of experience selecting IT profiles
- Solid experience with Linkedin Recruiter
- Able to do a good recruitment “sales pitch” to attract the best candidates
Nice to have
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
- Complementary training in areas of personnel selection and/or Human Resources
- Ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures
