The Business Analyst role is a pivotal position within the company connecting business needs with technology, offering a steep learning curve and tremendous growth potential. The position will be primarily focused on the Spanish market, with growth opportunities in other countries. Therefore, fluent command of both English and Spanish is essential.
The ideal candidate will be well-organised, a team player, and possess advanced skills for customer engagement. The candidate must have at least three years of working experience as an Associate at a top Strategic Consulting firm, with an MBA being a plus. Additionally, a tech affinity and understanding of the rapid pace of the development in Data and AI is a must.
